酵母β-葡聚糖的生物活性研究进展

摘要:β-葡聚糖是酵母细胞壁的主要活性成分之一,具有多种生物活性功能,在医学与营养领域应用广泛。该文就酵母β-葡聚糖在免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抗感染、物质代谢、对肠道环境等方面的研究进行归纳总结,为发掘β-葡聚糖创新应用的潜在切入点提供参考。

Research Progress of the Biological Activity of Yeast β-glucan

Abstract: β- glucan is one of the main active components of yeast cell wall, it has a variety of bioactive functions and is widely used in the fields of medicine and nutrition. This paper summarizes researches on the effects of yeast β-glucan on immunity regulation, anti-tumor, anti-infection, substance metabolism, intestinal environment and others, so as to provide reference for exploring potential breakthrough points for innovative application of β-glucan.
